Who we are

Tradibase is an Australian AI automation agency. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, business name, and details about your business when you fill out a form, email us, or message us on Instagram.

Information collected automatically: basic usage data such as pages visited, device type, approximate location, and referring site.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, provide and improve our services, and contact you about work you've asked us about. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and tracking

We use the Meta Pixel on some pages to measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram ads. Meta may use cookies to collect information about your visit. You can manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings.

Our website chat assistant is provided by a third-party service and may process the messages you send through it.

Facebook and Instagram lead forms

When you submit a lead form in one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the information you enter (such as your name, email, phone number, business name, and answers to our questions) with Tradibase.

Tradibase is the business collecting this information, not Meta. We use it only to contact you about your enquiry and the services you asked about. We handle it as described in this policy, do not sell it, and keep it only as long as needed.

Meta's handling of your information is covered by Meta's own Privacy Policy (facebook.com/privacy/policy). To have your lead form information accessed, corrected, or deleted from our records, email admin@tradibase.ai.

Sharing

We only share information with trusted service providers who help us run our website and business (such as hosting, analytics, and advertising platforms), or where required by law. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct your personal information, or ask us to delete it, by emailing admin@tradibase.ai. If you're unhappy with how we've handled a privacy matter, contact us first; you can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
